Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Play With Heart provides digital coaching and teaching resources at goplaywithheart.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@goplaywithheart.com.

Information we use

When you purchase a resource, our checkout and payment providers process the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, payment and billing details, and transaction information. We use order information to provide your resource, send receipts, answer questions, resolve payment or delivery issues, and maintain business records.

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. Please do not email payment-card details or private information about players or children. Our resources are intended for adult coaches, teachers and parents; you do not need to submit player information to buy or use the guide. Forms printed from the guide are completed and kept by you, not submitted to Play With Heart.

Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser/device information and access logs, to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems. WordPress may use cookies for functions such as administrator login; consent-management tools may store your choices.

Checkout, delivery and email

Purchases are completed through Kit, with payment processing provided through Stripe. These services process information needed for checkout, payment, receipts and digital delivery. We do not ask you to send full payment-card numbers to us by email. Service providers also help us host the website and manage support and email communications.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages about an order you place.

Provider information: Kit privacy information and Stripe privacy information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, time spent engaging with the site, scrolling, sample previews and clicks to Kit checkout. Google receives usage information such as page addresses, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Analytics cookies, such as _ga, help distinguish visits. We do not send names, email addresses, payment-card details or completed resource forms to Google Analytics. Google advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled for this setup.

Website analytics may operate without an Accept prompt on our U.S. sales page. Where the site provides statistics-cookie controls, our analytics follows those choices. Our Google Analytics tag does not load when Global Privacy Control is enabled. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Kit checkout has its own privacy information and controls.

Advertising and other websites

Following a link to Kit or another website takes you to a service with its own privacy information and settings. Facebook and Instagram process activity on their own services under Meta's policies. Pinterest processes activity on its service under its own policies.

Advertising measurement and your choices

We use Meta tools to understand and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. On the coaching guide sales page, the Meta Pixel can collect visits, product views and checkout clicks, including page URLs, event times, IP addresses, browser and device information, and cookie or ad-click identifiers. Meta advertising cookies, such as _fbp and _fbc, may be used. These tools can operate without an Accept prompt on our U.S. website.

For completed guide purchases, our website's reporting connections can send Meta and Pinterest the product, amount actually paid, currency, purchase time and an order identifier, together with a hashed version of the buyer's email address. Hashing transforms the email before it is sent; it is not anonymous because Meta and Pinterest can use it to match an account. This connection does not send payment-card details, the contents of your guide or information you write on its forms.

Meta may match these events to accounts on its services to measure advertising, improve ad delivery and personalize ads and other content, subject to its policies and settings. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

We also use Pinterest's Conversions API to measure purchases from our Pinterest ads and improve ad delivery. Pinterest may match the purchase information described above to its accounts and use it for advertising measurement and personalization under Pinterest's Privacy Policy. You can manage eligible personalization uses through Pinterest's advertising settings. These provider settings do not necessarily stop us from sending purchase reports; the future-reporting email exclusion described below applies to both Meta and Pinterest.

You can manage advertising personalization through Meta's Activity from other businesses controls and the Digital Advertising Alliance's advertising-choice tools. These choices are managed by the relevant providers and may depend on your browser, device or account. They control eligible advertising uses and do not necessarily stop all data collection or transmission. They are separate from email-subscription preferences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Our website Pixel does not load when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Browser cookie controls and this Pixel check do not automatically stop the separate reporting of a Kit purchase. The older Do Not Track signal does not, by itself, change our reporting. To ask us to exclude your email from future purchase reports, contact hello@goplaywithheart.com using the email associated with your order. We retain an email hash to apply that exclusion and handle applicable privacy requests. Buying the guide does not require accepting advertising cookies.

Kit checkout and other linked services have their own privacy information and controls. The notice above describes Play With Heart's website and purchase-reporting connection.

Retention and choices

We retain order and support information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ by the purpose and provider. You may contact hello@goplaywithheart.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls provided on the website. Blocking essential functions may affect parts of a service. We may update this policy as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
