Digital Download Refund Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

The Beginning Volleyball Coaching Guide is a digital PDF download. No physical book is shipped, and there is nothing to return by mail. Please review the description and free sample before purchasing.

Because access to the file is provided after purchase, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges once download access has been provided.

If you are charged twice for the same order, receive the wrong file, or cannot access a working copy, email hello@goplaywithheart.com with the email used at checkout, your order details and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details. We will help resolve the issue; if we cannot provide the purchased resource, we will refund the affected purchase. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, and bank processing times can vary.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Purchases made through Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers remain subject to the terms and policies that apply to those purchases.
